at the party

Marnie planned a surprise birthday party for Meraj at 1 Caramel. (Happy Birthday Meraj!) As you can probably imagine, Eric's all nerves about being at the party on time. That's the good part about having a husband who's a gate/timekeeper, Christian and I were packed in a suitcase and arrived on time. It was good to see Marnie, Meraj, Elaine and Rhys - though with little Christian and his antics, it was hard to have an adult conversation. (hmm, I'm starting to feel like a boring old fart who's losing her friends...) Rhys took a couple of pictures of Christian on his iphone of which sparked some sort of a gadget-envy in me. As usual, Christian gladly obliged.
