that gave me enough room to play fantasy - to imagine not having to work and just watch christian full time. a full-time mom, a SAHC. it feels mighty grown-up just typing out these words. would i be happy? would i be contented? these questions keep popping into my mind. what i would probably end up doing would be what most kiasu moms would do, research about everything there is about bringing up baby.
christian is just so much of a personality - and a celebrity when he's out painting the town red. this kid is just bursting with energy, is fearless and is not afraid to let you know what he thinks. the more i (over-)analyze his personality and how it would clash/meld with mine, the more i'm convinced i'm better off as a working mom. that way, my constant and buzzing analyses are confined to the four walls of my office and my child would have the freedom to sprout and grow wings.

and as our 4-day mommie-and-me time comes to an end, i'm excited and motivated to return to my office... i thought i've had enough of baby moments and then he surprises me with this: blowing bubbles with his drool... this kid is a top banana in the Department of Cute.
