christian has comedic timing - like his dad. we were at the annual library sales (looking for cheap books - this year, i got a rather beat-up copy of David Hicks at SGD5) and someone came up to us, asked a few questions (it was a mini interview) and snapped a picture of us. i had forgotten about this until a recent email with this image attached appeared in my inbox. if you see closely, you'll notice the box in the background: christian had his first happy meal - and his first taste of undiluted apple juice, that kid is now hooked. "juice, drink, juuuuuuice!" - that's what he'll ask for whenever he sees me drinking some.

Ok. side note..I notice there's a new column where Eric states how long he's been in Singapore - seems like a point to remind him how much longer he cannot wait to get out of Singapore...hahahahah
i have no idea what he was looking at - haha, which makes it funny. he's doing this a lot too - making funny faces deliberately.
as to eric's countdown... yeah, it's a constant reminder of how long he's "sacrificing" for me, the indentured servant.
Don't fret! Eric has a friend in Meraj - he says the same thing all the time(!!) --> how much he's "sacrificing" for me etc.....bah...
